We aim to provide clarity and efficiency to the modular permitting process by building relationships between the manufacturer and local building officials that provide insight into the CAN/CSA A277 Standard. To achieve this we offer the following services.

Offer training on the modular design and permitting process to building officials, new manufacturing plants and anyone interested in modular construction with focus on the CAN/CSA A277 standard.

Prepare Quality Assurance documents including the QA manual and typical checklists for manufacturing plants looking to achieve their CAN/CSA A277 certification.

Act as the liaison for the owner or manufacturer to achieve permit approval with the local authority having jurisdiction.

Provide general modular consulting in relation to the modular design and codes in Canada.

Coordinate the design, review and/or seal of plans by engaging architects and engineers already knowledgeable in modular design.
